Not getting any response

My uncle late. Rabindra Prasad Sinha, had a policy in LIC of India. He had died on 30th Aug.'2006. His policy no. is 554452836. His policy is in Branch-I, Ranchi, branch code-561. He had a loan on the policy in the Jharkhand Gramin Bank, Chutia Branch. They claimed against the policy was lodged vide letter no. CHT/PKS/69-08 on 06/06. We also do the necessary requirements for the claim but till now there is no action from you. As interest is increasing day by day we are facing too much problem. In the ranchi branch anybody did not try tyo listen our problem. My aunt is a heart patient. A person did the policy for his family's benefit but there is no benefit we are getting from you. We have other policies in your company, we are going close those. We are very much sad with your poor service. Try to take necessary steps as soon as possible.
