Cancellation poicy

Dear Sir

I have bought a life insurance policy from Reliance is 13714040 the policy no. upon recieveing the policy i found that the policy is different that means the policy which reliance agent told me was different i.e, the policy which i wanted was about one time premium payemnt but the policy which i got is just normal policy and every year payment.

I logged a complaint to reliance and 0000421249 is the complaint no. but no action have been taken it has been already 19 days and everytime i hjave been told to call after 2-3 days.

My 75000 rupees have been blocked and i have been cheated by reliance and their advisor.

Would request you to please help me in this regard
