Lifton bed
Poor service

I have purchased a lifton bed on 30/12/07 from Vip Big Bazar Kolkata. Due to some family function it has been said to them

to give delievery of bed on 2/01/08 and the fitting to be done on

very next day. Delievery was made on the same day but regarding fitting the situation was horrible.fitter came 2 my place and said left side of the bed they havent sent and he went.

From that day onward they are not sending

the part and delaying the fitting and whenever we call up they are saying they dont have stock and so many other problem.fitting was not done yet.

Is this type of service u people provide.
