Clothes spoilt after drycleaning

I am making this complaint against Lily White DryCleaners in Changnassery, Kerala.

I gave them an extremely expensive saree and after drycleaning it came out in another colour and horrible.

I asked them for compensation and i was promised it would be rectified. That was 2 months ago.

Now the owner doesnt even take my calls and my saree is still with him.

I want my saree back and definitely a compensation for all what he put us through. And not to mention the loss of the saree.

Please do something.
