Disrupted Cable TV service

Sir/ Madam

I am a resident of 7/135/2417 Tagore Nagar, Vikhroli East, Mumbai 83.I have taken cable TV subsription from local cable operator of society. Since last couple of months, I ve suffering from disrupted Cable TV service. Every day twice or thirce electricity of cable was gone.the picture clearity bad.most channel was diappeared. As and when i complaint, twelve year engineer (local boys) are coming and told if and but... but no major service is made.

Kindly get me the solution of this problem asap
