Sir/ Madam

I am a resident of GH 14, Paschim Vihar New delhi. I ve taken cable TV subsription from local cable operator of society. Since last couple of months, I ve suffering from disrupted Cable TV service as the cable technician has made numerous connections running from the same power splitter. As a result, every other day my cable wire gets disconnected. I ve repeatedly made the complaints on same to the cable operator and local technicain as well. In reply to this, technician (Mr Anil) misbehaved and abused me.

Kindly get me the solution of this problem asap.
