Compliant against Slum Kids boarding in Local Mumbai (Harbour/Central) Trains in 1st Class Ladies Compartment

I travel from Govandi to Andheri by 1st Class Ladies Compartment and I have observed many small Slum kids who board the harbour train just for fun and time pass. They try all sort of stunts, get down at every station and climb back again when train takes up speed. They fight with each other. Bully each other. Scream for no reason.

And if they are told to get down they back answer. Use bad words. And sometimes also threaten back. This attitude and response of these kids, seems to be fearful. There is a fear of being attacked back.

Why is there no watch on these kids? Why are they allowed to get in railway premises without a proper ticket? I request you to do something about this as soon as possible. Thank You
