Refund of money back

Sir/Madam,

I have applied for Louis Watch order No11052822370 by Sodexo passes on 5 Nov. I phone called so many times after the required period but sill didn’t receive the product till 20 Jan due to bad services.

On 20 Jan I have send a request for refund of money but still I didn’t receive the money. Required period 21 days also lapsed for refund of money. I think there was no action taken against this. And I am suffering because of your bad services. Already 2 months passed but no result.

Could you please advice when will I receive my money?
