Deduction of balance

I had made a recharge of rs.111 on da 1st of oct... i din make ny calls bt my balc gt deducted dat evenin itslf..it was 0.00 by 7 in da evening..i cald da customer care bt they din help me out..i went to the gallery too..bt it din really help me out..They askd me to recharge agn..n agn my 6rs gt deducted..they askd me to deactivate my net for smedays n nt make a recharge..when i went today..their server was down..on da 1st of oct i gt ard 500 msgs frm loop sayin balc is low, pls recharge..on da 2nd of oct too..i gt mre than250 msgs till afternoon 2.. i m nt gettin ny assurance abt nethg nor ny grt help..dey r nt evn assurin me if il get a refund o no... pls make sure my orob is solved soon n i get a refund..thankyouu!
