Sir, I have receieved a scratch card along with my SBI credit card bill and on scratching the card I found Louis Quartz Watch. Accordingly I telephoned to AVA merchandising. Within 14 days they have sent the parcel containg the said watch. Though they have sent the guaranty card, it does not bear the name of the manufacturer or where it is to be serviced. It is a clear case of cheating as they have charged Rs.590/- to my credit card. SBI credit card department should not entertain such bogus estblishments. AVA merchandising have not asked me for the genuineness of the coupon, hence the watch is valued less than Rs.150/-200/-. Please take note of my complaint and advise AVA to return my Rs.590
