LPG Cylinder
Undue delay in supplying LPG cylinders

Dear Sir/Madam,

Ref. : My LPG cylinder domestic Consumaer No. : 3076 with Fuels India, Gopalapuram, Chennai.

I am using Bharat Gas cylinders for more than 8 years, My dealer M/s. Fules India, Gopalapuram, Chennai. My last booking for LPG cylinder was on 02.08. till now (today 18.08.2008) I have not received delivery inspite of my repeated follow up with the agency, whenever I call them they keep telling me that I will get delivered today, many many todays have passed but nothing happened. I feel that my consumer account is being misused, my delivery is always getting delayed.

I request yourself to do something on this with your immediate intervention with this.
