Abnormal delay in delivary

Sir, i m regular customer of ur gas product. my gas connection no is 24537 at rajendra gas agency, ambabari, jaipur, RAJASTHAN.

here i m sorry to inform u that since last year after booking my gas, they are delivering cylender after 15-20 days. and they book cylender after 21 days which is not a rule by your company as per my knowledge. when i asked there personally as well as telephonically but there response is not enough and unsatisfactory.

this time i booked cylender on 14/08 and the booking no. is 4637, which is still undeliverd on 03/09.

please look into the matter and do needfull as per your rules
