Abnormal delay in LPG supplies

I am a LPG Indane customer with Aviskar Gas Service, Balurghat, Dakshin Dinajpur, W.B. and my consumer Number is AT9100. Since last two months I am no getting the refile propely. For example in the last month I have booked for a refile on 14.11.2007 and I have got it on 24.11.2007. In this month I have booked for a refile on 12.12.2007. Even though it is nearing fifteen days, I did not get my refile from Indane (Indian Oil Corporation) dealer, for which I am facing very much problem now. Every time I phoned the dealer they say " You will get" but when? Please take the proper action so that I get the refile in time.
