Invator not working properly

Sir i have purches one luminous invertor for my personal use and from last two days and i inform to purchase center for this problem. But he did not take any action from my side and always told to me that i have to call to Customer Care Center (18002003939 /1800113535)
but both the numbers are not working.
so please i requested to solve my problem as soon as possible . and please inform me honestly.
