Poor performancce

Dear sir,

I had purchased one LUMINOUS battery- ELECTRA LE-18000 from Kanpur. The name of shop is Gagmag Battery, Shyamnagar, Kanpur. It is connected with Invertor. The battery is under guarantee's period. The performance of the battery is not satisfactory. The several complaint of the poor performance has been made to local dealer from whom it was purchased, but he is not giving any attention.

Always he assure to attend the same but no action is being taken by him.
