Refund of my Hardcore Money

I had booked one plot of 100 sq. yd.by investing my hardcore money of Rs. 51000/- in Dehradun Project "Drona City" of Lakshmi Vatika Limited. I had invested in the project on account that the company had organised a badminton tournament in Dehradun which gave me little confidence that the company is not fraud. But subsequently when I came to know that the company have nothing in Dehradun, I tried to Contact company officials on several ocassions but no response was recieved. I request all that can help to please arrange to get the money refunded, whatever has been invested in the project.

Further I would like to state that the company and brokers / agents be prosecuted on same level who played with hardcore money of the peoples by promoting in wrong way.

Please do the needful and suggest.
