Sub: Wrong requirement of documents

Dear Sir/Madam

I am surprised to see that you have mentioned as compulsory the submission of Transfer certificate of School Leaving Certificate along with application form.

In this regard, kindly note that the children who were in a position to get a seat at any nearby schools possible, have already secured their admission and such students will not be in a position to get the TC without any assurance from the junior colleges.

This problem further gets aggravated to CBSE and ICSE students with the new 90:10 reservation awaiting final verdict.

So, it is only possible to produce the mark sheets and not the Transfer certificates. My attempts to telephonically convey the message failed and hence am sending this mail.

I request you to register this problem and favour by removing the content that compels the students to submit the Transfer Certificate along with the forms.

The Transfer Certificate would however be submitted at the time of admission when the student is sure of the seat.
