AC not workong properly

Boss the day i purchased my SUV since very first season ie April m having problem with my car's AC i was being asked to get the gas filled, I got it done but this April again problem is same cooling is not Ok as this time also i was being asked to get the gas filled, but just let me know that do i have to get the gas filled every time in April or is there any permanent solution, as i hav only done my 11000 km only.

let me clear up the thing m having one Maruti Swift and A Alto too but since i bought the cars i never turned up to service station for any problem except routine service (both are 3.6year old). Now just revert back with some permanent solution.
