Dear Mr. Saberwal, This Booking was made by me on the basis that this is a 5 star hotel. the hotel in the 5star category at your site. The statement is false. The hotel is not 5 star. The categorisation is not only misleading but false. I have been charged in the basis of room rate of Rs.5331/- while the HHI site shows a much lower rate The rate downloaded from their site is enclosed at attachment to this mail. Please also ensure that a 100% refund is made to my credit card immediately and also inform me how you will recompensate for my inconvience due to misdeclaration of the hotel as a 5 star.
