I had utilised sbi atm coxtown branch atm service to withdraw my salary of Rs.4500/- I have a salary account at Canara Bank /D'costaSquare branch I had inserted my canara bank debit card in sbi coxtown atm service, my required amount of Rs.4500/- was not dispensed. I received a slip saying transaction declined. And again I tried to withdraw then the balance shows Rs.49/- only and I did not get the amount I required for. Hence please look into the matter and do the needful. I give below my account details of canara bank where I have an account: NAME: SAMUEL CANARA BANK ACCOUNT NO.0432108025122 CANARA BANK ATM CARD NUMBER: 4214 5804 3201 8294.

WHEN I APPROACHED CANARA BANK / D'COSTA SQUARE BRANCH WHERE I HAVE MY SALARY ACCOUNT AND NARRATED THE ISSUE. BUT THEY HAD ASKED ME TO CONTACT SBI BANK AND THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH SINCE IT IS HAPPENED IN SBI ATM.

THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE LOCAL SBI BRANCH AT RICHARDS TOWN ONE MONTH BACK AND GOT THE LETTER ALSO ACKNOWLEDGED FROM THE ATM INCHARGE OF THE BRANCH. ALSO I HAVE BEEN VISITING THE BRANCH FREQUENTLY BY TAKING PERMISSION FROM MY WORK SPOT AND WHENEVER I GO THE PERSON OF SBI RICHARDS TOWN ATM INCHARGE HE MAKES TO WAIT HOURS TOGETHER AND

DOES NOT SEEM TO BE BOTHERED ABOUT INFORMING ME ANY THING ABOUT. SUCH AN IRRESPONSIBLE GUYS ARE WORKING FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. JUST IMAGINE FOR HOW MANY DAYS I HAVE TO RUN BEHIND THEM LEAVING MY OFFICE HOURS AND WAIT FOR THE RESPONSE AND EVEN WAITING FOR SO LONG I DONT GET ANY POSITIVE REPLY FROM THEM. HOW MANY DAYS MY BOSS CAN GIVE PERMISSION TO VISIT THE BANK??? WHAT IS THE PROBLEM WHO IS RESPOSIBLE FOR ALL THESE??? BECAUSE OF WHICH CALIBER THE ISSUE IS BEING DELAYED???
