Credit card harrasment

Hi

I was holding the Manhattan Credit Card issued by Standard Charted Bank in 2006. I very offently used the card that time.

I didnt receive the statement for the month of october. In the next bill they charged me Rs650 (Latepay Interest) extra. I called the customer care asked them to revert back abd they did revert the late charges but they didn't revert the interest levied on the amount. In the next month i paid all my dues except the interest that was charged for the october dues which was unnecessary. I used to get the statements every month with Latepayments and Interest on the interest that wwas left.

After over a period of time, even I din't get any statements.

Now they were asking me to pay aorund Rs3200, which I didn't agree to pay. Now I am facing a lot of problem in applying for other credit cards and in applying loans as I am in defaulters list of CIBIL.

Can any help me what to do?

help me out in this.

Hoping that this complaint would not only remain as a statement but would surely come out with a solution.
