I was charged by TC for having First Class in a sleeper coach of Lok Shakti

I am Daily Traveller from Dahanu Road to Churchgate and have First Class Pass (Pass no.83836551). I was travelling Lok Shakti Express Yesterday Special Checking is carried out from last 2days. But Yesterday (Mr. RAUT & company) were charging commuters with 2nd class pass. Inspite of having First Class Pass; i had to pay the fine of Rs. 350/- with reciept No.152702. My question is

1) Are First Class Travellers are allowed to Travel in Sleeper coaches of any Express or Mail Trains or Not?

2) I paid the fine of Rs. 350/- then were are the details of my Pass or my Id nos not written on the Reciept?

3) Is Railways staff cheating public for travelling with First class Pass for not allowing them to travel in sleeper coaches; is there any rule?

4) This just to make thier demand of they are special T.C s; and full thier targets?

Please let me know the details for the same.
