I purchase one mantra wet grainder on 10/6/08.

your company service is very bad and very very poor worest

i will give the complaint 16/9 and the complaint no is 390

i call back many times of your coustmer service but that persons is very carelessly told me we cannot come to any complaints that our company is does not given to our maintenance they ask why will come what is this situvation. You Cannot given to service your products. If your not given to your service why your selling your products.you are robbery public money it is not correct first you give the service after sell your products.you cannot provide to public your service you close your company.first you give the coaching your staff how to behave to customers if your management is worest your staff will very very worest. I am telling more many times of my complaint .but they have not responding the complaint from your staff.your staff spoke with me very unparlament language this is not correct.your management is correct rectify this problem.how much days you will take this complaint.
