Theft claim unsettled for past 8 months

I own a Maruti Alto car DL5CF 1325. In February thieves broke the window of the car and stolen ECM. I lodged an FIR immediately and got the vehicle repaired in the workshop and have paid for the same. Till now 8 months have passed Maurity Insurance has not settled my claim. I kept on calling the insurance officer at ghaziabad office. Envery body is passing on the bug.
