Your custimer care phone service is not fast, it takes time after taking the time they again say to type card no. and pin and after that it take one hour,

i am holding an current with your bank and not receciving the monthly statement on time oh sorry not received only for the month of december since today.so if its not done then i will have to go to RBI for complaining on this again n agi=ain as i m tired of this complains.
