We had booked Dzire VDi on 02.04.08 with your dealer "M/s Fort Point Automotives Pvt. Ltd., Thane" with a delivery period of 3 weeks. The dealer took the entire payment but failed to deliver the vehicle. Since last 25 days he is giving false commitments. Our money is blocked for more than 25 days. If the dealer did not had the vehicle why did he take the entire payment. Now we have no option but to move to comsumer court to recover the loss of interest, mental harrassment along with our money or vehicle if Maruti does not interfere and take any action.
