I am a card holder for the purchase of 500 ml full cream milk (red packet). The price marked on the sachet is Rs.10.50 for card holders whereas the retailer charges Rs12/per packet and collected Rs372/ for 31 days.in violation of mrp guide lines.

The retailer is Thilagam Super Market, No. F-5/1, Sidco Nagar, Villivakkam, Chennai-49
