The case history is very well known to Sri Tejali Mehatre, Chairman&MD complaint Desk- HDFC MUMBAI.

I am extremely regret to inform that my Barrister at Lome-Togo is doubting the very integuity of the HDFC Mumbai and Questioning me:-

This is the fate of the transaction made with you by me believing that your Bank is a renouned on and that it is a depedable Bank in India. My, this, trust has been shatterd into pieces by this letter. This copy of which is sent herewith for your perusal. Kindly supply me the TRACER DOCUMENT from Citi Bank (NA) and the reply should be on their Letter Head (CitiBank) and Union Togolaise De Banque Lome-Togo without which, my submission will be treated as a scrap. Unless the Bank Acts swiftly, correctly, dele gently and honestly, there is nopoint in getting Justice on this issue. You know that it is clear cut Legal matter any there is no any ambiguity/Fraud/Fake transaction involving 10 million Dollars.

On one way I am loosinginterest while you are loosing turnover on this major transaction. Is this correct please? As a commercial Bank, You should always try to get deposit from your customers for your productive re-investment in a corporate level. Please help me immediately and supply me with the TRACER DOCUMENT immediately.
