I was submitted all the Documents on date 29.04.08. but till today I didnot get any reply from MD India Helth Care Services (P) Ltd. Baroda. After talking with miss Sapna & Mr. HariOm Pandya 50-60 times, there is no response from them. So I want go through Consumer court against both (Insurer & TPA)
