BUS SERVICE PROBLEM

I have purchased 5 tickets (travel date 5/6/09 from Digha to Kolkata) on 30/6/09 from their agent Friend's Travels at esplanade. The bus was expected to depart from Digha at 1.15 pm. But it arrived digha at 2.25 pm. Their local agent at Digha continuously misinformed us and other passengers saying that the bus will arrive within 15 minutes. As a result we had to wait there under the open sky for one & half hours under tremendous sunlight. Two of my family members are aged over 65 who had to suffer due to their misinformation, otherwise I may took them to any nearby rest room. Some of our co passengers took another bus.

On the midway. I had to change my seat due to rainwater dripping inside the VOLVO bus. If there was no cancelletion due to their misbehaviour I had to travel standing for next two & half hours.

As per their website, their minimum commitment is to provide drinking water and blanket for all passengers. But in reality they provided no other services other than taking us from Digha to Kolkata.
