Trains Punctuality

It is 12 yrs i am travelling in Local train from Churchgate to Virar... Would like to ask Railway about the Percentage of Punctuality between the 2 stations. i am sure it will be not more than 50%... since last 12 yrs same problem and there is no Improvement... am working in Private sector .. it is not happening in Private sector... railway employee are not allowing railway to be privatised as the dont wont to work... currently there are many employees who are not even completing their 8 hrs of duty daily..this cause the poor service to commuters... every time the trains are late... Slow Train mean stopping at all statiosn and Fast train Means Stopping between the stations.. this is wht all commuters know... Since people have no option but the railway lines to go for work... we have to bear this... Railway minister must think of Improving Railway punctuality percentage...
