Drainage overflow

Sir, I am a resident of Nizam Colony, tolichowki, Hyderabad, .my door number is 9-4-77/3/25, opp. Marica school. i tried calling mch department but all in vain. There is an overflowing drainage outside my home for the past three weeks, it has blocked the drainage system inside my house also. It is causing great inconvenience.
