Regarding the installation of new Product

I hav bought a new Micowave Owen on 27-10 from Spencer Lucknow in Fun Mall. I note down my complete adress there on thier register. They inform me that Service Engineer will visit to my home after 30 October for installation and various other tips.

It's 2 November now no one hav reach to my home to install the product.

Plz inform me when will Service Engineer visit to our home.
