No withdrawal of money (Rs. 10, 000 only) from SBI ATM

On 3rd October I tried to withdraw a sum of Rs. Ten Thousand (Rs. 10, 000 only) from SBI ATM counter located near MLN Engineering College at Allahabad (ATM ID S1AN00258001); TXN Number 1995; Response code 072) using my United Bank ATM card (A/C No. 1548010000718). As a result, I did not receive money, but amount (Rs. 10000) has been deducted from my aforesaid UBI account. On the slip that I have received during the process it has been written that" Sorry unable to process".

I request concerned authority of SBI to make it convenient for immediate refund of money amounting to Rs. Ten thousand to my United Bank saving account number 1548010000718, so that hardship can be avoided, as presently I am out of station and in need of that amount. If it is required to write something in this regard, please let me inform.
