RespectedSir/Madam,
I am using the mobile no. 9914130033 from last 5 to 6 years. 11-12 months ago I taken the MMS service from your side. After 6 months ago i update my mobile from w700i to sony ericsson c510. in april. So i contact ur executive in ur toll free no. 9814012345 and he/she said that i will send u MMS settings in few minutes. but recieve any relevant repond to ur side. then one day again i contact him/her then i take the manual settings bt gain it was not working correctly. so as usual 6 moths spend bt i never take any settings and good responfd ur executives. today i again talk withur executive at 3:30pm in afternoon and he said tome sir plz change ur mobile and i said that i have expend 13000 for this mobile and now u saud that i chaged it. i am not able to recieve this type of ans from ur executive which u sat for us. then i demand the email id for written complaint he said to me i have'nt email id, so u find or take from market... and much more. i also said i am not happy from ur concern answer bt he never give me good response. so atleast i wring to u my complaint plz giveme good response as early as possible behalf of this complaint. i have already givn u 6 moths rent of this mms services without using it... plz take it positively.
