Caller tune

My Mobile Phone No. is 98339 63 473, the caller Tune has been started in my mobile form last 2 to or 3 months, without any instruction. I came to know only when the others who call at mobile toled me about the music & It has been cancelled by me by calling youall, But till now this has not done because i have received the message saying that your account has been debited by Rs 35/- for the caller Tune,

I really can't understand that why first of all the tune has started, & inspite of informing & Giving complaint it has not been discontinued & the amount has been deducted from my account.

So I kindly request you to discontinue m the caller Tune & Debit all my amount deducted against the caller Tune immediately Since it is not affordable to me.

Kindly do the needful & Credit the amount to my account at my bMobile No. 98339 63 473.
