Deducting amt.by setting caller tune without any consent

I am a prepaid Consumer of Vodafone. The No. is 9733891861.

on 6th May they set a caller tune without information and deducted. I Complained on that day and it was told that everything will be done."Do not Worry". Till now they have not credited my amt. and providing false information at least 10 times. As a customer I feel helpless and want to take action immediately against vodafone and I claim for my harassment.
