Caller tune

Dear Sir

I am very upset due to bad service of Reliance. I m customer of Reliance with near about 1 years and one times caller tune activated from Reliance side in 20 oct. I had already compliant to Reliance, but answer is same 'Caller Tune is activated from your side'. i m very disturbed how can Reliance activate any thing in my no. without my permission and deduct Rs from my A/C.I have also talked to Mr. Gaur, supervisor Reliance Customer care but he is deny to support me. So please help me., i am very obliged.
