Defective mobile not being replacing

One mobile of M/s. Spice was purchased during Dec'07. With in one year of warranty period, twice the mobile were sent to thier service centre at Ranchi for repair and taken two months for repair, but not replaced the defective mobile by a new one.. With in last 20 months. the mobile was repaired by the company for more than 7 times in free of cost but not replacing me a new mobile. The mobile having problem of one passage for entry of water / moisture, which resulted inactive of key knob during rainy days. From S.B.choudhury, Jamshedpur, Contact no. - 09234500351
