Poor Worknanship and not listening

I have made an agreement of Rs 1, 14, 240.00 with Home Solutions Retail (India) Limited at their office in Saharaganj, Lucknow (UP). They asked for full payment in advance and work would be completed within 25 days after receipt of full payment. Accordingly I made full payment on dated 04.04.09., but till date they have not completed the work and on asking about they are avoiding. Consequently a financial fraud and a mental harresment is being faced by me. Pls look into the matter and resolve as per law. The compensation for interst and mental harresment is also accorded.
