I am J Sundar Raman, presently serving as Commander in the Indian Navy and holder of policy No 715826094. I have recently paid my premium through net banking of my SBI account on 27 Aug 08. The Ref No is IB00999945 and SBI trasaction No is 470216.However my mother has also done the premium payment by cash at Srirangam (Tamilnadu).

In view of the above it is requested that neccessary action be done at ur end and action initiated be intimated to me thru email
