Warranty Issue

To whom it may concern,

Hi, I am a frustrated customer of your product.

I bought a Moser Baer DVD Ram drive from a dealer.

Rs. 1125/-

Bill Date 10 May.

I purchased it after the dealer said a carry in warranty of 1 year. But in the 1st week of April (01/04-..), it started having problems such as delayed (and sometimes too delayed) tray ejection and it did not read many DVDs and CDs. But now the dealer is telling that the warranty of the product is over after talking to the company and will only be repaired on chargeable basis.

Will I have to spend money to fix it or the company will do something about it.

Should i never purchase again Moser baer product, even not suggest other to buy Moser baer product.
