Since the first day that we got the Moser Baer, LCD TV, we found that it was faulty. There was no sound when u start the TV. In order to listen to the TV you have to turn it off and start again. Its been 2 months now that we have complained and the problem has not been fixed. We had got repeated assurances that the TV will be replaced but those were all false promises. Till now 3 technicians have come to our house and promised a new TV. Now they have even taken the TV to their warehouse and after 7 days still we are hearing empty promises. Based on my experience i would like to tell the public to please not buy their TV. Their customer service is horrendous. Dont fall into their advertisement that their picture is the best. Their TV's are the worst
