Black money holder by smuggling of liquor and drugs

Dear Sir,

I want to inform you that a person whose name is Mr Suraj Pal (Ex Indian Army Driver), Resident Of L-116, ParkView, Ganganagar, Meerut is involved in smuggling of liquor (wine) from neighbouring states such as Haryana, Punjab and Delhi. He also sells drugs, Hashish, Charas and smack. His car number is UP-15U-9533 (Honda City Black Color). He uses this car for smuggling.

I request you to take necessary action against such anti social elements and keep watch on him.

He was also caught red handed about three years ago in this smuggling and was put in jail for 3 months somewhere in Haryana or Punjab. Once he was also caught near Mawana Bus Stand, Meerut. But since then his activities have been increased again.

He has earned a lot of black money by these illegal activities. He does not pay any income tax. Now he is trying to become a builder by using this black money. He drinks daily and abuse and disturb the residents of the colony.

I hope an early action from you in this regard.
