Load shedding in Bhandup

I live in Bhandup arear were we ahd daily power cut of 3 Hours from 3PM to 6PM inspite court order for not cutting power in Bhandup, Mulund & Thane. It is very horrible to live without power in the afternoon. I am writing this to you so that my Voice would reach to the Government how's not taking care of people in the constitution. Thanks in advance
