Delayed in refund of ipo money

Sir

I have applied for the euromutlivison Ipo it has listed already in the market on 15th october.

usully refund money of Ipo will come around listing time through ECS.I have been applying for the Ipo for the past three years .i have applied for more than 50 ipos until now.this is happeneing to me for the first time.i requet you to take action agianst the concerned authorities.
