Dear sir,

I have to inform you that i have purchased of One Voltas A/c 1.5 TON VERTIS ELEGANT (R/S) with stablizer v.gard 4kv from NAVRANG Audio Video Pvt. Ltd., laxmi nagar, vikas marg, Delhi-92 vide retail invoice no. 2360 dated 01st May. I am sorry to inform you that above mention a/c was not installed properly resulting gas leakage at the moment a/c is totally dead, inspit of several reminder to distributor as well as yours company call centre on 21.05. no action has been taken yet. This is for your information and neccessory action at earliest.

Early action will be appriciated.
