MTS PAYMENTS NO RECHARGE REFUND or RESPONSE

Paid Rs. 999 for unlimited internet services... Days back! And still haven t received recharge or refund. Everyday they have a different excuse for why! When you have a bank transaction id and order # provided by paying through their company webpage. Why should I have to wait for services?

I m not waiting for them to deduct funds (that they took immediately). So, I want the same thing that I paid for...
