Disconnection without Notice-MSEDC (Mumbra)

Dear Sir,

We are resident of Atharva Co-op Hsg Ltd, 33A, Riverwood Park, Kalyan-shil Road, Dombivali (e).

The MSEDC has disconnected our Common Electricity last week without any prior notice. This is due to the pending electricity bill as understood from them. This has happened earlier also in the month of May, when they had disconnected the electircity without notice, and at that time we had paid around Rs. 40000, half the amount of bill. Now they are coming up saying there is one more bill pending for around 1.25 lacs

The Issue here is the Secretary of our Society Mr. Ganesh Manik Pawar, is misusing his powers to harass the innocent members of the society, by using his connections with MSEDC peoples. The MSEDC Officers disconnect the power, on his instruction as understood.

Due to this we all members are really get fed up. Due to power cut, we are not getting water for last 1 week, and we have to borrow water from other buildings. We are suffering badly due to this problem created by our secretary with the help of MSEDC peoples.

We request to look into the matter and solve the problem. We would like to request the MSEDC (Mumbra) to restore the power of our building, and give us sometime for payment of the bill.

We had alerady registered complaint against the Secretary Mr. Ganesh M. Pawar, in the police and registrar of society. The police is not taking any action, they are mentioning it as a society issue, and registrar has issued the society a show cause notice, which is pending for hearing on 15th July
