I approached the company many times, but no positive response

I seek the following confirmation from them. In the absence of their confirmation, bank is not ready to cancel the Bank Draft inspite of submitting a Indemnity Bond on Rs.100 stamped paper:

I applied for 75 shares against Mundra Port and Special Economic Zone vide application No. 8 2995747 and also enclosed a bank draft No. 023105 dated November 05 issued by HDFC bank in favour of ESCROW ACCOUNT MPSEZ-R for Rs.33000.00 along with the application. My CSDL DPID/Client ID No. is 1202990005066435. I neither received the allocation information nor any refund. Kindly intimate the latest status. It is urgent. I am emailing to your registrar of Issue repeatedly, but without any respons. I have no option but to approach you. I just enquired from the bankers (HDFC Bank, Mandi Gobindgarh branch), who issued the bank draft, regarding encashment of bank draft. They confirmed it has not been encashed till date. I do not know the status of my appication. Please confirm, if the above application and bank draft have not reached you, so the same may be get cancelled from my bankers to get the amount transferred to my account. As per bank offiials, your confirmation is essential for cancellation of the bank draft PLEASE HELP ME AN TREAT IT MOST URGENT.
